Terms & Conditions - the basics

Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by the owners of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or customers, while visiting or engaging with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and the website owner.

By using our ordering services (whether through call-in, pick-up, dine-in, etc.) you have agreed to the following terms:

 

  1. Ordering Process

a. Placing an Order - Orders can be placed through our official website, third-

    party services, or by phone call. Ensure all of your order details, contact

    information, and pertinent allergies are communicated clearly.

b. Order Confirmation - Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation

    via email, text, or verbally depending on your mode of order. Your predicted

    wait time and confirmation are subject to availability.

c. Amendments or Cancellations - If changes or cancellations are needed to be

   made to your order, please contact us immediately. Some alterations may not

   be possible due to ingredient storage/preparation.

  2. Pricing and Payments

a. Prices - All prices are listed in USD and may include applicable tax/add-ons

    unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

b. Payment Methods - We accept cash, phone payments, and all cards other

    than AMEX. Payment is required at the time of ordering/pick-up, as applicable.

c. Refunds - Refunds/remakes are decided on a case-by-case basis, for further 

    information, please reference our Refund Policy.

3. Delivery and Collection

a. Delivery Area - We use third party delivery services (DoorDash, UberEats, etc.)

    to deliver our food to you. Typically, these platforms only deliver within the

   Tri-Cities area.

b. Delivery Time - Delivery times may vary depending on business volume, any

    concerns about your order may be resolved by calling us with any questions.

    However, since we use third party delivery services, we are not liable for delays

    in delivery time once your order has been picked up from your driver. Any

    problems with your delivery should be resolved by contacting your driver or

    the delivery platform of choice. Some delivery services may lack available

   drivers, if you have a problem with being assigned a driver, call us or your

   delivery service if pick-up is a faster resolution.

c. Collection - Customers choosing to collect their orders are allowed a 4 hour

    grace period (with no communication necessary) to pick up their orders. Lack

    of communication may result in discarding of the order without refunds or

    remakes.

4. Dietary & Allergy Restrictions

a. Allergen Notice - Many of our dishes incorporate common allergens,

    including but not limited to gluten, shellfish, peanuts, and dairy. It is your

    responsibility as the customer to communicate your dietary and allergy

    restrictions and to seek clarification on any possible allergen contamination

    on a chosen dish. Your server or order taker may ask if you have any allergies,

    but it is still your responsibility to inform us.
